Potentiate, an Australian-based Human Experience (‘HX’) company, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Leonard (“Lenny”) Murphy as their Strategic Corporate Development Advisor.
Lenny’s focus will be on Potentiate’s growth strategy in North America. Specifically, identifying companies that will accelerate expansion in this region.

Murphy is well known for his public role driving content & product strategy for GreenBook - the world’s leading platform for content and marketing support for the research industry – for the last decade, where he will continue to be Executive Editor & Producer. He will also continue his roles as Senior Partner at management consultancy firm Gen2 Advisors, as a Director at data privacy platform Veriglif, and his various other advisory and Board positions with numerous other companies. The synergies between these roles and his appointment with Potentiate will ensure maximum impact for all involved.
His impressive career also includes: CEO of full-service agency Rockhopper Research; and CEO of tech-driven start-up BrandScan360.
