An opportunity has opened up for a Research Manager to join our customer centric, tech savvy and fast-paced environment

What experience we are looking for:

  • End-to-end management of research projects (design, implementation, reporting and delivery)
  • Contribute to research design and proposal writing
  • Support qual execution (i.e. manage recruitment, contribute to discussion guides, moderation of live chats, forums etc.)
  • Support quant execution (i.e. recruitment, writing questionnaires, oversee fieldwork, analysis and reporting)
  • Support the Research Director in client management and research execution
  • Support growth and development of junior team members
  • Accountable for project success
  • Support and proactively drive research solutions on key accounts
  • Keeping abreast of relevant industry developments that impact on accounts and projects
  • Attend regular client interactions (WIPs, presentations, strategic reviews, account planning etc.)
  • Contribute to the development and update Account Plans for all your clients

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Market Research / Insights / Online Communities (agency side preferred)
  • Quant and/or Qual Research Skills – dualist is ideal
  • Ability to design research projects, assist in execution and delivery
  • Exceptionally strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights for data (qual and quant)
  • Experience in the services industry (Banking preferred but not essential)
  • Client service excellence with strong consultancy experience
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time and capacity to prioritise
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with statistical software packaging (SPSS, Q, dashboards etc.) – assuming quant background
  • A curious and inquisitive nature, that is highly driven, enthusiastic and passionate
  • Be a team player and collaborate with other teams and peers
