As our Account Manager you will report to the Account Director and will playa key part in our Customer Experience Management team in Melbourne or Sydney.

To support our growing business, we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer experience, technology and is able to deliver exceptional insights from Voice of Customer to our clients, assisting them to become the best in their industry.You will need to be a great communicator who leads the way in best practice and not shy away in presenting key findings to help our clients focus their strategies and make smarter decisions.

Your responsibilities…

  • Manage CX Programs in accordance with agreed Account Plans and SLAs
  • Master the technology and help our clients get the most value from it
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare proposals, technical specifications, and SOP documentation
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate these for client service and technical teams
  • Work with client service and technical teams to deliver clients’ requirements accurately and on time
  • Produce program reports including analysis and insights
  • Manage the delivery of scheduled reports to clients in accordance with agreed Account Plans
  • Support the development and maintenance of CX Program Process Documents and client reporting, including client reviews
  • Be a team player and collaborate with other teams and peers

  • Excellent time management/organisational/problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the sametime and capacity to prioritise A can-do attitude
  • Familiarity with research/ CX software desirable, but not essential
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in Account Management,preferably in the CX/ Market Research/ Insights industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint a must
