Potentiate and Infotools partner to support GreenBook Research Industry Trends (GRIT) Report

by Marie Melsheimer on 24 January 2019

Potentiate, an award winning data intelligence company, and Infotools, a global leader in market research analysis solutions, have teamed up to provide services for the GreenBook Research Industry Trends (GRIT) Report. This semi-annual report provides strategic insights for the market research world, based on a comprehensive, in-depth survey of the industry. Infotools and Potentiate, who have partnered on projects together for the past two decades, were involved in producing the report for the first time.

Potentiate project-managed the processing of the GRIT data, ensuring the report authors received what they needed when they needed it. Potentiate consulted with GreenBook and partners throughout report production to ensure all requirements were fulfilled.

Henry Cheang, CEO at Potentiate said, “It was natural for us to partner with Infotools on this project, combining our best resources to support the production of the GRIT report. Uncovering the latest market research trends, especially with the industry’s immense evolution of new methods and technology, is exciting. The GRIT report validates and reports on the development of these trends.”

For the January 2019 report, Infotools Harmoni was put to work processing data and providing reporting tables and charts. This cloud-based software solution did what it does best for this project: harmonizing multiple sources of data and matching them up, while allowing stakeholders easy access to updated data through the platform interface.

Horst Feldhaeuser, Group Services Director for Infotools, said, “We always look forward to the GRIT report release, because it is full of information about important trends and topics that directly affect our business. We’ve wanted to put Infotools Harmoni to work for GRIT ever since we launched the solution, and were excited to utilize its power for this latest report.”

The latest report, which covers insights from data collected in Q3 and Q4 of 2018, was released earlier today. Visit www.greenbook.org/grit  for more information.
